UPDATED: Precursor chemicals wallchart for domestic licensing: Guidance on domestic licensing requirements has been updated. The domestic licensing wallchart has been updated to reflect changes to legislation since the UK left the EU. For more information, click here.

UPDATED: Guidance on handing of Decentralised and Mutual Recognition Procedures which are approved or pending: Guidance has been updated to clarify that UK national MA applications can be submitted irrespective of applications for the same product in EU and clarification of options for ongoing procedures that were not completed by 31 December 2020. Moving Goods
UPDATED: Check which international road haulage permits you need: Guidance designed to help you find out which licences and permits you need to operate vehicles with a gross vehicle weight above 3.5 tonnes on international journeys from the UK has been updated. Serbia has been removed from the list of countries you can get a bilateral road haulage permit for. You can still apply for an European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECMT) permit for journeys to Serbia. For more information, click here.
