Recognition Awards

A huge thanks to all those who took part in this biennial contest, such great efforts that really deserve this industry recognition.

All winners will be officially announced at the Cleaning Show Excel in London on 18th March 2025, where FWC Executives will present the awards in the conference area at 13:15.

A huge well done to all winners – we also commiserate with those who did not make the final on this occasion and sincerely hope you will continue with future entries..

What are the Recognition Awards?

An opportunity to gain recognition for your Company, Individual, and an Employee. Running biennially, this competition has been in place since 2011 with an ever growing number of entrants.
New for 2025 there will be a separate individual category for Sole Traders. It is open to all window cleaning Companies, and sole traders who are registered members of the Federation of Window Cleaners, and all employees of registered members.
To nominate an employee, please use the relevant “Employee entry form” and only one employee per company is eligible.

This competition is independently run by the Federation of Window Cleaners and will be Judged by the FWC Chairman and Executive Committee members.
Scoring will be based on industry achievements / training, time served in the window cleaning industry, reasons for entering this competition, customer / client testimonials and an overall contribution to the industry. The judging decision will be final.

COMPETITION PRIZES

Winners of this competition will receive:

  • Engraved Trophy
  • Framed certificate
  • £100.00 prize money.
  • Success published in Window Talk and on social media

Short-listed finalists will be informed prior to the event and the winners will be awarded at the Cleaning Show Excel London
on 18th March 2025.

As we approach the date for the 2025 Federation of Window Cleaners Window Cleaning Company of the year award. As four times consecutive previous winner of this prestigious award I must state that to be recognised for the effort that we as a company do on a day-to-day basis as the company of the year is a real Honour.

Also, when completing tenders, to be able to state that you are the Federation of Window Cleaners Window Cleaning Company of The Year – is great for the tender process and great for marketing purposes too.
