Description:
The Awarding Authroity invites expressions of interest from
suitably experienced and qualified organisations to provide an annual cleaning service at the Specified Location for the IOM TT and Classic TT/Manx Grand Prix (MGP) events.
The Contractor shall carry out:
An annual cleaning service in respect of the TT Grandstand Building, Glencrutchery Road, Douglas, IM2 6DA, with additional pre-TT and pre-Classic TT/MGP cleaning tasks to be completed within the TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex, Glencrutchery Road, Douglas, IM2 6DA.
A cleaning and litter pick up service prior to, during and following completion of the TT and Classic TT/MGP events at the TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex, Glencrutchery Road, Douglas, IM2 6DA.
