The Awarding Authority Invites expressions of interest from
suitably experienced and qualified organisations to provide an annual cleaning service at the specified location.

The Contractor shall carry out:
An annual cleaning service in respect of the TT Grandstand Buildings (including temporary buildings, Hospitality Unit and seating), Glencrutchery Road, Douglas, IM2 6DA, with additional cleaning tasks ahead of the TT CTT/MGP to be completed within the TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex, Glencrutchery Road, Douglas, IM2 6DA.
A cleaning and litter pick up service prior to, during and following completion of the
TT and CTT/MGP events at the TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex, Glencrutchery Road, Douglas, IM2 6DA
