Providers of Home Based Care and Support Services (e.g. domestic cleaning and/or gardening) services to a Framework.
The Framework will be used to commission services under call-off Contracts for individuals who require services outlined within this specification to facilitate a safe return home from hospital / other care setting or to remain at home. On occasion such services may result in a charge to the individual by the Council. The need for services will be pursuant to an assessment under the Care Act 2014.
