Description:

The Awarding Authority seeks proposals for cleaning and gardening services for residential properties. Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be awarded to one or more qualified vendors specializing in this field.
A BPA functions akin to a credit account, permitting the issuance of multiple orders without creating contractual obligations until orders are issued and deliveries made. BPAs remain valid for five years from the date of award or until the exhaustion of the specified maximum expenditure, whichever occurs first.
Please be aware that the award of a BPA does not guarantee any specific volume of business. The Government reserves the right to award BPAs to multiple vendors and to rotate business accordingly.
When responding to this advertisement, offerors must certify that:
they are in compliance in all respects with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws, and agree that such certification is material to the government’s payment decisions for purposes of section 31 USC 3729(b)(4) (False Claims Act); and
they do not operate any programs promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that violate any applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws.

9. Estimated value of requirement:The estimated total value of this BPA is £18,000 ($25,000). Any individual order shall not exceed £3,000 ($3,900). The value of business received may not exceed $30,000 until the vendor is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Instructions on how to register in SAM shall be provided as and when required.
