Description:

The Awarding Authority Community Facility is based in the Specified Location but services the entire Parish. Constructed in 2019 the building consists of a large one storey building with good sized car park. The layout consists of a large hall with full height windows and storage space, a well equipment kitchen and two toilets. The facility also provides two office spaces, one which can be hired and the other which is occupied by the Parish Council.
This contract is for the internal cleaning of the facility once a week plus other cleaning as directed in the contract documents, to include removal of any hazardous waste.
This will be a three-year contract commencing 1st April 2025 (conditions below apply.

Subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement between The Contractor and Parish Council, including any variation to the schedule and price increases, the contract may be extended for a further 2 years subject to a review in 2026 and again in 2027.
