II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Changes in occupancy level that require increased or reduced services, for example third
party tenants occupying or vacating space, number of employees based in the office;
– Change in any lease agreements requiring increased or reduced services or resulting in no
further services required; e.g. relocation, building closure;
– Services required at additional buildings/sites within the local area;
– Services required at a different building e.g. HIE moves to another office within the local
area;
– Increase or decrease tasks to meet additional hygiene measures and/or pandemic
restrictions;
– Sale of building/part of building;
– Amendment to the frequency of tasks;
– Change in requirements to accommodate temporary works to the building.

III.2.2) Contract performance conditions:
The contract will include Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which can be found within the Tender documentation. Further KPIs and service levels will be developed and agreed between HIE and the contractor to ensure that the management and delivery of services is to agreed performance levels and will be monitored and measured by a variety of reports, surveys and audit systems. KPIs will be based on the service requirements. Appendix 2 details the required frequencies.
