The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a 2 year Service Level Agreement (with options to extend) with a suitable contractors (Service Providers) for the undertaking of Periodic and Routine Cleaning, Responsive Cleaning, Emergency Works and Out of Hours Emergency Works. These sites will be grouped in to three categories Medium, Large and Specialist categories.
Andium Homes is keen to maintain a high standard and quality of Estate services to communal spaces. The Works described in this Service Level Agreements are to be executed by the Service Providers in a manner that enhances the Clients reputation for the maintenance of its communal areas.
The Service Providers must carry out the Works adopting the maintenance of rigorous standards of discipline, cleanliness and tidiness.
