Description:
The Awarding Authority is seeking to appoint a suitable supplier for contract cleaning and janitorial services across three sites at the specified location.
The services are expected to be required Monday to Friday between 7am and 11am (with the exact timings to be agreed). The Centre is closed Bank Holidays and Weekends and so services will not be required.
The intention is for the initial contract to be for 2 years, with the option to renew for a further three years in 12 month increments.
Potential suppliers & bidders need to be able to provide services at all three sites.
