Description:
The Contract is for the provision of Lot 1 window cleaning service and Lot 2 gutter; facia & soffit clearance (the “Services”) works to the specification set by the group. Along with those general tasks, we may ask on occasion for additional works to be carried out such as graffiti removal, deep cleans, gutter clearance, jet washing and hazardous waste removal.
One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money cleaning services. Bidders are invited to bid for both or either of the Lots.
Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix 1 for further details of The Awarding Authority requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group’s requirements.
Site visits will be available week commencing 13th October to view each site to ensure accurate quotations can be submitted. Please email [email protected] to book an appointment for each site.
