Penzance Council is the custodian of six memorials within the parish of Penzance. These include the specified locations.
The memorials and statues are of significant civic importance and as such the cleaning activity must be carried out with a high degree of care to ensure that the cleaning method does not damage or degrade the monuments in any way.
