Description:
The Awarding Authority are seeking tender submissions from one or more suitably qualified candidates in relation to the cleaning services at the Specified Location. The successful candidate will be required to supply professional cleaning services as per the detailed specification below. The candidate will be required to supply all staff, equipment, tools, and cleaning products required in order, to comply with the specification. The cleaning/maintenance of the areas specified below should take please during the hours of 0600 – 1430 (Monday to Friday) Ref – Currently the people covering the hours indicated work in addition to Medite’s full-time person. Although each person has individual jobs all personnel should work as a team with work sharing to ensure that all finish at the same time. Medite Europe will require additional resources to cover our full-time person when on annual leave/absences, and cover during shut down’s, maintenance days, Customer visits (possibly 10 events annually) and additional cleaning as and when required. We estimate this to be around 350 hours annually, these hours will be paid in accordance to an internal union agreement and will be discussed in detail with candidates on request. Medite also require significant flexibility to deal with above and would expect candidates to commit to an onsite response rate of 1-2 hours.
