The Service Level Agreements (SLAs) must be met. All work and post clean verification shall meet the following requirements:
• R19® Guide to Good Practice – Internal Cleanliness of Ventilation systems
• TR19® Grease – Specification for – Fire Risk Management of Grease Accumulation within Kitchen Extraction Systems
