3. The Successful Applicant shall establish effective management and operational level communication systems at all levels regarding the cleaning service with STCMAT. In addition, the Applicant will also be responsible for all legal, and health and safety requirements in delivering the services.
4. This Service Specification should be read in conjunction with STCMAT’s Cleaning schedule details which are provided in a separate document.
