Vico Homes are seeking to establish a contract for Void Clear and Clean Services
At this stage, Vico Homes Ltd envisage this will be a single contract within the Wakefield District and Surrounding Area
Vico Homes Ltd anticipate that any contract established as a result of a future tendering exercise will be for multiple years. We currently envisage this being an initial 36 months contract with the option to extend for two further separate 12 month periods ,reviewable and renewable on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance and benchmarking periods
From time to time Vico Homes tenants and shared owners vacate the properties in which they live. Any such vacated properties are termed ‘void’ and often require various clearing and cleaning services performed to their interiors and exteriors prior to them being re-let. There may also be occasions when services are needed for void properties for outright sale.
