To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made securely by Visa or Mastercard. Alternatively, by BACS using Account No: 66703506 – Sort Code: 01-08-38.

Order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when a paid invoice is issued. If pricing errors occur, we will contact you before processing the order.

Prices are charged at the rate in effect on the date of dispatch or collection. Prices may change without notice.

  1. Returns Policy

Customers must notify us of any intention to return goods within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged Items

  • Inspect all consignments before signing.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 3 working days.
  • Items signed for as “received in good condition” may not be eligible for claims.
  • Goods delivered to third-party or unsecured locations are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Items

  • Faulty items must be returned within 30 days, with return carriage paid by the customer.
  • If found to be a manufacturing fault, items will be repaired or replaced.
  • Warranty periods vary by product; contact us if not stated online.
  • Manufacturers’ warranty claims may take up to 28 days to resolve.

Unwanted Items

  • Returns of non‑faulty goods are not normally accepted but may be approved at our discretion.
  • Approved returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and be refunded by credit note only.
  • Non-faulty items are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Non-members may not buy logo-branded equipment and will incur an additional 20% surcharge on other equipment.

  1. Shipping & Handling

Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 3 days. Sign only for the number of parcels received.

  • Orders under 1 kg are typically sent via Royal Mail at a cost of £5.00 inc VAT.
  • Standard carrier service: £15.00 inc VAT (24‑hour) for orders up to 10 kg.
  • Orders received after 1:00 p.m. ship the next working day.
  • Friday orders dispatch on a 72‑hour service (longer around bank holidays).
  • Delivery to Scotland and offshore regions may vary—please contact us for a quote.
  • Pre‑12 noon next‑day delivery is available upon request by phone.

Free carriage applies to orders over £200 (excl. VAT), except liquids, poles, resin, cones, heavy-duty signs, and poles over 2.5m (which incur a £15 handling charge). The offer excludes Scotland and offshore regions.

If you request goods to be left in a safe place, you accept full responsibility for any loss.

  1. Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, we will place it on back order and notify you. You may cancel if preferred.

  1. Tax

UK orders are subject to 20% VAT. International orders are VAT‑exempt.

All credit card information is encrypted using 128‑bit encryption and is not stored in clear text on any website.
